DESCRIPTION:

NGAC P907-91 is a low viscosity and optically clear adhesive specifically formulated for optical applications where chemical and temperature resistance are critical.

 
 

ADVANTAGES AND APPLICATIONS:

This epoxy adhesive provides excellent moisture resistance, a high glass transition temperature and a very long pot life. It is extremely resistant to yellowing. Uses include a wide range of optical assembly and photonic applications.

 

NGAC P907-91 features the following characteristics that enable ease of use.

 

PROPERTIES:

COLOR (mixed): Clear

MIX RATIO BY WEIGHT (R/H): 100/3

VISCOSITY, MIXED: 1000cps

LAP SHEAR, ALUM TO ALUM: 3,000 psi

HARDNESS, Shore D: 86D

GLASS TRANSITION TEMPERATURE: 110°C

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -60 to +265˚C

PERCENT SOLIDS: 100%

MOISTURE RESISTANCE: EXCELLENT

 
 

CURE SCHEDULE:

Temperature of 125˚C for 2 hours PLUS 140˚C for 1 hour

OR

Temperature of 135˚C for 30 minutes PLUS 175°C for 30 minutes

OR

Temperature 150°C for 1 hour
