DESCRIPTION:

NGAC P907-93 is a low viscosity and room temperature curing adhesive specifically formulated for optical, fiber optic and medical applications. It is recommended for adhesive bonding, sealing, potting and coating.

 
 

ADVANTAGES AND APPLICATIONS:

Uses include the assembly of optical and medical components including the bonding of prisms and lenses, as well as, medical device assembly.

NGAC P907-93 is a low viscosity mixture that ensures exceptional wicking and wetting, along with superior adhesion strength to glass and plastic.

 

NGAC P907-93 features the following characteristics that enable ease of use.

 

PROPERTIES:

MIXED VISCOSITY: 800-1600 cps

REFRACTIVE INDEX: 1.5446

MIX RATIO BY WEIGHT (R/H): 100/45

HARDNESS, Shore D: 80D

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -55 to +175˚C (up to 250°C intermittently)

GLASS TRANSITION TEMPERATURE: 55°C Minimum

PERCENT SOLIDS: 100%

POT LIFE: 1 Hour

 
 

CURE SCHEDULE:

Temperature of 25˚C for 24 hours

OR

Temperature of 65˚C for 3 hours
